The office is generally open from 8am until 6pm.

We are conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, at 220 Madison Avenue, Office B.
We are between 36th and 37th Street, on Madison Avenue. Street level entrance. 

We are directly across the street from the Morgan Library.

      Payment Options

    We accept most PPO insurances as partial or full payment towards your treatment. We will be happy to work with other insurance providers to help maximize your dental benefits. Sorry, we do not accept Medicaid or DMO/HMO plans as payment towards your dental treatment.
